1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using scorpiontennis.com.au (“Website”), owned and operated by Scorpion International Tennis Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Website. By using the Website, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Use of the Website
- You agree to use the Website only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with the operation of the Website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Classes, Fees, and Participant Conduct
- Times and Fees: Times and fees can change at the discretion of Scorpion International Tennis management, should classes not meet the required level of student participation. If classes reach over capacity, new classes will be formed and parents advised of times.
- Conduct: Students not abiding by Scorpion ethics of behaviour will be advised they cannot attend lessons, a refund of unused hours will be reimbursed.
- Health and Illness: Clients booking either their children or family members must register any illness the coach needs to be aware of. Asthma condition is one of serious issue since the sport is energy and please if your child is not well, do not bring to lesson. We are Covid compliant.
7. Makeup Lessons and Refunds
- Makeup Lessons:
- We are responsible for organizing makeup lessons when sessions are canceled due to weather conditions or when the coach is unable to attend. These makeup lessons will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time.
- We are not responsible for providing makeup lessons if a student is absent from a scheduled class by their own choice or due to personal circumstances. Our classes are budgeted for a certain number of participants; if a student misses a class, we are under no obligation to provide a makeup session. However, at our discretion, we may offer makeup opportunities where possible, such as during vacation clinics or another class of similar ability level, including weekday sessions, provided this does not jeopardize the learning experience of other students.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are available if a student is unable to continue the program due to injury or illness.
- If a parent or guardian must relocate or otherwise cannot continue having the student attend lessons, a refund of unused fees will be provided.
8. Competition and Consumer Act
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable Australian consumer law that cannot be excluded.
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have certain rights and remedies, including guarantees as to the acceptable quality and fitness for a particular purpose of goods and services.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to:
- In the case of services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
- In the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Subject to your rights under Australian consumer law and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms.
- To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or our services.
- Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or terms of use of those websites. Following any third-party link is at your own risk.
